WASHINGTON The White House is preparing to present designs for a new ballroom to the planning commission before the end of this month, according to the commission's chair, who was appointed by former President Trump.
"The commission and its expert staff will begin their work once the plans are formally submitted," stated Will Scharf, chair of the National Capital Planning Commission, during the panel's regular monthly session on Thursday.
