Miley Cyrus to Marry Longtime Partner, Maxx Morando

Miley Cyrus has found a new reason to smileshe is now engaged to musician Maxx Morando, her partner of four years. The couples engagement was confirmed after they appeared together on the red carpet Monday evening. Photographs from the Avatar: Fire and Ash premiere captured Cyrus showing off a sparkling ring while standing beside Morando.

The engagement ring, crafted by renowned jeweler Jacquie Aiche, is described as bespoke and features a cushion-cut gemstone set on a substantial 14-karat yellow gold band.

Neither Cyrus nor Morando have publicly commented on the engagement. Rolling Stone reached out to a representative for Cyrus, who did not immediately respond.

The couple first became linked in 2021, with Cyrus telling British Vogue that their meeting was arranged as a blind date. Morando is the drummer for the band Lily, which Cyrus showcased during her 2022 New Years Eve Party. He has also collaborated with her on tracks for her albums Endless Summer Vacation and Something Beautiful. Cyrus notably acknowledged Morando when she accepted her 2024 Grammy Award for Record of the Year for Flowers.

Previously, Cyrus was married to actor Liam Hemsworth. Their relationship began in 2009, included two engagements, a 2017 marriage, a 2018 separation, and a divorce finalized in 2020.
