While talking about plastic surgery on Hulus The Kardashians, Jenner pointed out which feature on her face has not been altered, stating, "My nose is probably the only thing on my face that's real."

Kim Kardashian responded by highlighting a feature of her own that has remained untouched despite popular trends in Hollywood. "Never had a veneer, baby," she said, prompting Jenner to jokingly reply, referencing long-standing rumors about Kims figure.

Earlier this year, Jenner showcased her transformation at Lauren Snchez-Bezos's bachelorette celebration in Paris. It was later confirmed that the facelift was performed in New York City by Dr. Steven Levine. After her refreshed look drew attention on social media, Jenner addressed it publicly.

I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh, she explained to Vogue Arabia in August. I chose this procedure because I want to feel like the best version of myself, and that brings me happiness."

She added, "Getting older doesnt mean you should neglect yourself. If you want to age naturally and feel good without interventions, thats wonderful. For me, this is my way of aging gracefully.

The Kardashian-Jenner family has historically been discreet about cosmetic procedures, but in recent years, both Kris and Kylie Jenner have shared more openly about their enhancements. In June, Kylie even disclosed details about her breast implants in a TikTok comment, specifying size and placement.
