Paris Baguette increases its presence in the UK.

The bakery caf chain Paris Baguette has inaugurated a new location at Westfield London, bringing its global store count to 700. This expansion follows just over a year after the brand, owned by SPC Group, celebrated the opening of its 600th outlet in October 2024.

The Westfield London branch represents Paris Baguettes fourth store in the UK and its second franchise-operated site in the region. The first franchised caf in the UK debuted at Canary Wharf in November 2024, with both outlets managed by franchisee Wayne Stevenson.

Located on the ground floor of the Westfield London shopping centre in Shepherds Bush, the caf features marble counters, metal fixtures in Paris Baguettes signature blue, and wood accents. Its menu offers an assortment of sandwiches, pastries, and cakes.

Paris Baguette entered the UK market in 2022 with openings at Battersea Power Station and Kensington High Street. The company aims to launch a fifth UK location, its third franchise, near Portobello Market in mid-December 2025.

A company representative stated: "Building on the success of our initial UK franchise, we are introducing two additional franchise locations. Our goal is to boost brand visibility and strengthen our position in Europe, where bread is a dietary staple, as we continue shaping the global bakery industry."

Beyond the UK, Paris Baguette maintains a presence in the US, Canada, France, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. In North America, the brand marked a milestone in August with the opening of its 250th caf at 520 Snowshill Street, Frederick, Maryland, operated by franchisee Waseem Mohamad along with partners Prant and Prince Kumar.
