As fantasy football enters Week 14, savvy managers are looking for under-the-radar players who could deliver breakout performances. These deep-stash options are rostered in roughly 15% or fewer Yahoo leagues, making them prime candidates before they become widely sought after.
Devaughn Vele, WR, Saints (8% rostered)
With Rashid Shaheed traded to the Seahawks, Vele has stepped into a larger role in New Orleans offense. Over the past three games, hes participated in 91% of routes, gradually increasing his production from minimal stats to a 8-93-1 performance. His recent target share ranks him 13th among wide receivers over the last two weeks, positioning him as a WR4/flex consideration in fantasy lineups.
Honorable mentions: Isaac TeSlaa, Lions (10%), Pat Bryant, Broncos (2%), Jalen Coker, Panthers (4%), Luther Burden III, Bears (9%), Greg Dortch, Cardinals (7%), Dontayvion Wicks, Packers (4%)
Ray Davis, RB, Bills (7% rostered)
Injuries along the Bills offensive line have forced Josh Allen into a challenging passing environment, prompting a heavier reliance on the run. Davis received nine carries for 62 yards in Week 13, showcasing his ability to contribute when given opportunities. He could serve as a flex option this week against Cincinnati, a defense that has allowed multiple teams secondary backs to gain 50+ scrimmage yards or a touchdown.
Honorable mentions: Ollie Gordon II, Dolphins (8%), Michael Carter, Cardinals (4%), Samaje Perine, Bengals (4%), Keaton Mitchell, Ravens (3%), Jaleel McLaughlin, Broncos (2%), Jeremy McNichols, Commanders (2%)
Isaiah Likely, TE, Ravens (6% rostered)
Although Mark Andrews signed a contract extension, Likely is emerging as a viable fantasy tight end. Coming off his best game of the season with 5 receptions for 95 yards, he faces a Steelers defense that ranks sixth-worst against tight ends. Over his last three matchups with Pittsburgh, Likely has recorded at least 75 yards or a touchdown, putting him on the radar as a streamer for Week 14 and a favorable matchup in Week 15 against the Bengals.
Honorable mentions: AJ Barner, Seahawks (12%), Colby Parkinson, Rams (2%), Dawson Knox, Bills (3%)
Marcus Mariota, QB, Commanders (10% rostered)
With Jayden Daniels sidelined due to an elbow injury, Mariota is a potential deep-stash quarterback. He threw for 294 yards and two touchdowns against the Broncos while adding 55 rushing yards, and has finished as a top-13 fantasy QB in four of six games where he played the majority of snaps. If he starts, he offers a strong streaming option for Week 14 despite facing the Vikings defense.
Honorable mentions: Tyrod Taylor, Jets (12%), Tyler Shough, Saints (8%)
