Radiology Partners (RadPartners), a prominent U.S. radiology network spanning hospitals and outpatient facilities, has appointed DataFirst as its sole partner for enterprise imaging data migration. This collaboration aims to bolster RadPartners expansion and streamline integration as it extends its subspecialty services across multiple healthcare systems.
DataFirst specializes in migrating extensive imaging datasets efficiently and accurately, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing workflows. The company assists large healthcare organizations in modernizing, consolidating, and optimizing their imaging infrastructure. Its solutions cover digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM), picture archiving and communication system (PACS), and vendor-neutral archive (VNA) migrations while preventing operational downtime or risk.
The partnership emphasizes interoperability, innovation, and delivering comprehensive enterprise imaging solutions within complex healthcare networks. Beau Jones, CEO and co-founder of DataFirst, commented: At RadPartners scale, imaging data is a strategic asset. Our mission is to ensure it moves safely, reliably, and swiftly, supporting one of the most advanced radiology networks in the nation.
Jennifer Beaumont, Senior Vice President of Clinical Technology Services at RadPartners, added: We value our collaboration with DataFirst and consistently recognize the high quality of their services and deliverables.
DataFirst will also showcase the Silverback Workflow Engine at the Radiological Society of North America 2025 event. This platform offers intelligent prefetching, DICOM routing, integrated HL7 messaging, advanced workflow automation, and centralized monitoring.
In November 2023, RadPartners introduced its RPX AI orchestration platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS), further enhancing its operational capabilities.
