Family members have expressed their sorrow following the death of a man involved in an e-bike collision with two pedestrians. Jason Parr, aged 61, tragically died at the scene on Rochdale Road in north Manchester on Tuesday evening. The pedestrians involved were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
His daughter Samantha shared her grief, saying: "We are heartbroken and devastated by the sudden loss of our dad, Jason, who died in a road accident. His absence has created an immense void in our lives, and we are struggling to come to terms with this tragedy."
She added: "It still feels unreal, and the shock and sorrow are overwhelming. He had a unique sense of humour and could make anyone laugh. He was deeply loved by many. Our dad meant everything to us and will be profoundly missed forever."
Greater Manchester Police confirmed that its serious collision investigation unit is continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
