The remark occurred during a signing ceremony for a peace agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Trump, while speaking about an upcoming event, made what many interpreted as a playful slip regarding the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts, which he took control of earlier this year:
