Erwin Bach, the German music executive and widower of Tina Turner, has been seen enjoying time with a new romantic partner, two years after the iconic singer passed away. Bach, 69, who was married to Turner from 2013 until her death in 2023, was photographed shopping in Milan on November 26 with his girlfriend, reportedly named Christina. This date coincided with what would have been Turners 85th birthday.

In August, Bach confirmed in an interview with Swiss newspaper Blick that he had begun a new relationship. The couple attended a small gathering at his home in Stfa, Zurich, on August 1. Bach chose not to share his girlfriends surname, stating, We want to protect our privacy, and she is not a public figure.

According to reports, Bach and Christina met through mutual friends nearly a year after Turner passed away at her Swiss residence at age 83, following long-term health struggles.

Christina, reportedly around 60, is an American who has resided in Switzerland for many years. She was previously married and has also experienced the loss of a partner. While she enjoys opera and ballet, Bach shared that his musical tastes lean more toward rock and pop, and he views their preferences as complementary rather than conflicting.

Reflecting on his new relationship, Bach expressed gratitude, saying, I am grateful for my new love. Now I can be happy again.

Turner, who had a challenging first marriage with Ike Turner, suffered a stroke shortly after marrying Bach in 2013. She later faced intestinal cancer and required a kidney transplant, which Bach personally donated in April 2017, helping the Queen of Rock n Roll recover.
