Stranger Things finale: Theaters and show duration revealed as tickets become available

Netflix is set to bring the grand finale of Stranger Things to movie theaters. The concluding episode of the fifth season will be showcased in over 500 theaters throughout the United States and Canada on December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026.

The first screening will start at 5 p.m. PST on December 31, aligning with the episode's release on Netflix. Additional showings will take place later that evening and continue throughout the next day.

With a runtime of 2 hours and 5 minutes, the finale offers a cinematic experience comparable to a full-length film. Fans can reserve their seats through the official Stranger Things finale website. Instead of a traditional ticket purchase, attendees will secure their spot by buying a $10 food-and-drink voucher redeemable during the screening.
